I'm a self-taught artist with a passion for portraits.
I feel alive capturing the beauty of the dramatic and moody through pencil, pen, and charcoal drawings. I intend to create pieces that evoke emotion and invite viewers into a world filled with shadow, as well as light.
My style
My drawing style is thoughtful and unique, combining my talent for observation with a patience for capturing the subtle details that bring each portrait to life.
Dark darks and light lights
My portraits balance striking contrast with a sense of depth, using dark backgrounds sometimes to highlight the emotion in each subject’s expression. The delicate textures in my pencil and charcoal work, paired with the crisp lines of your pen-drawn animals, create a beautiful harmony between detail and simplicity.

Whether you’re looking for a special custom portrait of yourself, a friend or family, or your pet, I will bring your vision to life.
It is my favourite thing to draw (and photograph) people. I would take a photo of you in a setting we agree on and then create your own personal drawing from it.
Something I have very much enjoyed doing for already for many family members, you could send me a high resolution and clear photo of your pet and I would draw them for you!
I live in a lovely small village called Spalt, and I love to find quiet little corners to draw.
